Lufthansa Cancellation Policy , customers can cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the flight's scheduled departure time and will be required to pay a retraction fee to guarantee a discount. However, if the reservation is dropped within 24 hours of booking and the planned flight date is within 7 days of the reservation, Lufthansa will provide a full refund to the clients.
